Contacting Us & Placing Orders To place an order either email us via the following contact sheet or telephone Mike Wood on 01924 451400 / 07773 846032. You can pay using a credit/debit card or by sending a cheque. On receipt of your email we will contact you to arrange delivery and request payment if by credit/debit card over the telephone. The order will then be shipped within 48 hours via Amtrak Overnight service. If payment is to be made by cheque, the order will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of the cheque. Please give details of the product/s you wish to order and give your contact telephone number/s. Terms and conditions (for purchasing by mail order) 1. We pride ourselves on producing quality soups, and ensuring that our products are delivered to you in good condition. 2. On receipt of your order we will telephone you to confirm your order details. 3. Delivery orders are dispatched using the Amtrak special delivery service. Including processing this will usually take two working days. We deliver to the mainland UK only. We do not usually deliver over the weekend due to the premium costs. Local delivery made directly by us is free of charge. 4. In the event that an order is damaged in transit please contact us within 24 hours of receipt by telephoning 01924 451400. All products should be checked before being signed for. If the packaging or products are found to be damaged, you must sign "checked and found to be damaged". 5. We aim to ensure that the website prices are accurate. In the event that an error does occur, we will contact you to confirm if you would like to proceed with the order at the correct price. 6. We have taken every effort to ensure that the information given on this website is correct and up to date. However, The Good Soup Co takes no responsibility whatsoever for information that is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. 7.
