Our Range
From a modern purpose built kitchen small batch quantities are carefully prepared to ensure freshness and quality starting with washing, peeling and making stock at the beginning of each week. We make our best seller (Ham Hock) continually throughout the our other ranges change with seasonal produce.
We currently offer the following in handy 1 portion 360gm & 2 portion 500gm pots, plus catering / party size 5 kilo tubs – all batch controlled with tamper-proof sealed lids.
• Ham Hock & Barley (with potatoes, carrot & onion)
